Responsibilities:
-searching, identifying, and actively sourcing candidates
-conducting interviews and assessing candidate competencies
-building relationships with candidates and agency clients
-managing the recruitment process from start to finish
-ensuring positive candidate and client experiences
Requirements:
-experience in recruitment or working in a recruitment agency
-excellent command of English (both verbal and written) and also intermediate Polish
-strong communication and relationship-building skills
-organizational abilities and team player mindset
-dedication and proactive approach to work
